A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, proven palpable error in odds publication, force majeure, or confirmed match-fixing. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance in full.
In the event of a dispute concerning a bet outcome, the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body or event organiser shall be used as the authoritative source. Disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event settlement. zh99's decision in respect of all betting disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure set out in Section 14.
